Product Introduction:In the entireflling process, allthat's needed is foran operator to attach thefilling gun to the angle valve.The equipment will then automatically open the angle valve,fill with gas,recover the residual gas,cut off the flow,close the valve,and detach the gun.One operator is sufficient to manage the operation of 8to 24workstations.
The supporting equipment includes conveyors,automatic code readers,weighing scales for empty and full cylinders,leak detectors,capping machines,bottle washing machines,and bottle stacking machines.
It enables pre-flling inspections,traceable filling records with a unique code for each cylinder, and post-flling inspections.

It is usedto read the QR code of the steel cylinder for pre-flling inspection and post-flling inspection.
It is composed of a botle stopper,an explosion-proof motor reducer,a driving rotating wheel,a set of driven rotating wheels, a clamping mechanism,a code reading camera and a frame.
When the steel cylinder reaches the code reading station,the code reading device will automatically read the QR code label on the cylinder's protective cover (the label should be fixed in position and consistent,and the surface should be free of dirt).

AUTOMATIC LEAK DETECTOR
It is composed of a bell-jar type collecting head,a negative pressure collecting pipeline,an intelligent gas sensor,and a computer control system. During operation, the bell-jar type collecting head is vertically placed over the top of the filled liquefied gas cylinder to seal and cover the cylinder's angle valve. At the same time,the negative pressure collecting pipeline is activated for gas collection.If there is a leak at the cylinder valve,valve seat,etc. inside the bell jar,the leaked gas will be transmitted along the negative pressure pipeline to the gas sensor.
The gas sensor sends the signal to the computer, which amplifies and analyzes it to determine whether there is a gas leakage in the cylinder.If there is a leak,an alarm signal will be issued. After the detection is completed,the system automatically pushes the leaking cylinder out of the production line.The automaticleak detector developed by our company has been tested by the Urban Gas and Heat Research Institute of North China Design &Research Institute Co.,Ltd. of China Municipal Engineering.It also has an invention patent
