China's first offshore gas storage facility opens for this round of gas production to warm up the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region

Recently, China's first offshore gas storage facility, Nanbao No.1 gas storage facility in Jidong Oilfield, began its gas production cycle and began supplying gas to the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.

The Nanpu No.1 gas storage facility in Jidong Oilfield is mainly responsible for seasonal peak shaving and emergency peak shaving tasks in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. In order to store enough natural gas supply for winter, Jidong Oilfield deepened the research on multi cycle injection production operation rules during the gas injection stage this year, successfully completing the gas injection task for this year and laying a solid foundation for gas production.

To ensure a stable natural gas supply this winter and next spring, Jidong Oilfield has advanced planning and efficiently promoted the preparation work for injection production conversion, completing well testing, equipment maintenance and other work ahead of schedule. Next, the Nanpu No.1 gas storage facility will implement measures such as "well allocation, efficient gas production, and precise peak shaving", scientifically evaluate the gas production capacity of gas wells, optimize the production plan, ensure that daily and periodic gas production operate according to plan, and provide additional guarantees for the stable supply of natural gas in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region during winter.
